In this episode I talk about going to Supply school to learn to be a 3051. I talk about and tell my stories of going to school in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Definitely an episode you’re not going to want to miss.

Episode 12- A Boot in the Fleet

In this episode I talk about checking into Camp Pendleton, Ca. My first duty station. Life in the barracks and working at storage, Supply Bn, Supply Co.. I also talked about where I was and what happen on 9/11/2001. Great episode!!

Episode 13- Life as a Marine After 9/11/2001

In this episode I talk about life on the base Camp Pendleton as a Marine after 9/11/01. Talked about getting transferred to a new unit, First MEF Headquarters Group (IMHG). What a difference it was switching units. Gearing up for deployment 2003.

Episode 14- Deploying to the Middle East 2003

In this episode I talk about getting promoted to Corporal (E-4 Non-Commissioned Officer) and receiving my orders to deploy to the Middle East in the support of Operation Enduring Freedom January of 2003. I share my experiences of what it was like for me being in the middle east for the first time. I also share my story of being involved in a 7-ton vehicle crash that had 2 of us med evac to the Kuwait hospital. Great episode!

Episode 15- Incoming!!!

In this episode I read an article related to my experience over in the middle east as well as talk about my experiences with the incoming missile attacks on Camp Commando in March 2003 and feeling like a sitting duck. Episode 18- Adjusting to Life After the Marines

In this episode I talk about life after getting out of the Marines. I moved in with my best friend from high school, got a job in the aerospace industry, got my girlfriend pregnant, get married, bought a house, played semi pro football, coached freshman high school football and tell my story of how I caught my ex-wife cheating. Very interesting episode you’re not going to want to miss it.

Episode 19- Coaching & Playing Semi Pro Football

In this episode I talk about trying to juggle life after the Marines and trying to take on everything including Coaching Freshman High School football and playing Semi Pro football all while working, being married, a kid on the way just to name a few. Great episode you’re not going to want to miss it!

Episode 20-A Broken Man

In this episode I talk about the struggles of being divorced while having little kids. How hard it was for me to go from seeing and being there for my kids every waking moment to seeing them on a schedule. Come listen in and see how life was for me after leaving my ex-wife.

Episode 21- The Dating Game

In this episode I talk about life after being divorced and what dating life was like. Come listen in on some of my funny story’s and experiences of navigating through the dating world after being Married. I also discover dating apps and have some pretty funny stories from the dating apps

Episode 22- Finding a Diamond in the Rough

In this episode I talk about how my wife, and I meet and decide to get married and bring my 2 kids and her 3 kids together and become one big family as well as decide to add our own kid for a total of 6 kids. Come listen in and hear about some of the struggles we went through bringing two families together and me learning the meaning of Autism. My middle stepson is a nonverbal Autistic and I’ve never dealt with Autism before meeting him. This is a great Episode you won’t want to miss.

Episode 23- Dealing and Living with a Stepson with Autism

In this episode I talk about meeting my stepson with Autism and all the struggles we have gone through. I also share how much I have learned from having my stepson in my life and how we as a family deal with having a son, stepson, brother with Autism. Come listen in on how our family has managed and dealt with Autism as well as the progress we have made throughout the years. Great episode you’re not going to want to miss it.

Episode 24- Losing My Best Friend, My Dad

In this episode I talk about the loss of my dad who was my best friend. I discuss growing up with him, dealing with him being absent during my high school years and what our relationship was like. I talk about watching the decline in his health and hearing his last call to me. I’m sure I’m all over the place in this episode but I wanted to dedicate an episode to my dad aka Pops! Much love and respect to anyone who has lost someone close to them.

Episode 25- Memorial Day

In this episode I play a son called Dear Mom by Shannon book a song that is for gold star moms, very touching song. I also pay tribute to 5 local Hero’s to me. Walter Freeman Jr., Alan K.
